However, once a purchase has been made and serial number or name/key pair has been issued, it is no longer possible to refund the purchase price. This is due to the nature of software licensing. If you recieve a defective disk, let us know and it will be exchanged free of charge. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
